诱蝇酮改良剂对瓜实蝇的诱集效果试验初报

Preliminay study of attraction effect of cuelure improver on Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillet

丁酸乙酯与诱蝇酮混配剂对瓜实蝇的田间引诱效果试验结果表明,丁酸乙酯与诱蝇酮分别以0.5∶99.5、1∶99、2∶98、3∶97、4∶96比例混配的引诱剂,其对瓜实蝇的引诱效果均显著高于单剂诱蝇酮的引诱效果。其中丁酸乙酯诱蝇酮以3∶97混配的引诱剂所诱集的总虫数是单剂诱蝇酮所诱集的2.1倍,显示了丁酸乙酯对诱蝇酮良好的增效作用。

The results demonstrated that the mixed liquor （ethyl butyrate： cuelure = 0, 5：99.5,1 ： 99,2 ： 98,3：97,4：96） had a big attraction to Bactrocera cucurbitae and showed a notable effect than that of cuelure used alone. Thereinto, the most effective one was this mixed liquor （ethyl butyrate： cuelure = 3 ： 97）. The number of Bactrocera cucurbitae attracted was 2.1 times of that of cuelure used alone. It was indicated that the ethyl butyrate had a good synergic effect to the cuelure.
