摘要
研究了富力库、敌力脱、应得、三唑酮等4种常用三唑类杀菌剂在广东香蕉园施用后的残留与降解情况。采用气相色谱法-氮磷检测器测定富力库、敌力脱、应得、三唑酮在香蕉和土壤中的残留量。试验结果表明:富力库、敌力脱、应得、三唑酮的降解符合一级动力学方程,在香蕉和土壤中的半衰期分别为16.5、16.9、14.7、1.7天和20.7、26.1、52.5、8.4天。并对其作出安全性评价,指出三唑类杀菌剂在正常使用情况下,对香蕉无残留污染、对土壤无残留累积。
Degradation and residue of tebuconazole, propiconazol, fenbuconazole and triadimefon after application in banana in Guangdong province was conducted. Analytical method of triazole fungicides in banana and rail by capillary column gas chromatography with Nitrogen- phosphorus detector has been established. Their breakdown follows first kinetic order, and their half life 16.5, 16.9, 14.7, 1.7 days in banana and 20.7, 26.1, 52.5, 8.4 days in soil respectively. Their safety assessment was also made, triaiode fugicides were non - residual contanination in banana and non - residual accumulation in soil.
