我国中西部地区跨世纪发展中应该注意的若干问题

SEVERAL ISSUES TO BE NOTICED IN THE COURSE OF CROSS-CENTURY DEVELOPMENT OF THE MID-WEST AREA IN CHINA

本文分析了在我国中西部地区跨世纪发展过程中应该注意的若干问题,即:中西部地区世纪发展的产业结构调整导向;加强宏观调控,合理利用外资;合理利用资源,保护生态平衡;加强人才培养,提高全民素质;正确认识中西部地区的发展环境和发展速度。所提出的对策对我国的中西部地区的发展具有重大的参考意义。

It is not only the desire of the people in the mid-west area but also the need of social and economic development in China to decrease the disparity between the mid-west area and the east area. In this paper, we analyze the five issues that should be paid more attention to tn the course of cross-century development of the mid-west area. They are as follows:1. The suitable directions of industrial structure development2. The strengthening of macro regulation and rational use of foreign investment.3. The protection of environment, ecological balance, cultivated land and water resource.4. The popularization of public education to raise the quality of citizens .5. The correct understanding of the environment and speed of development.
