摘要
小麦胚芽油含有多种生理活性物质,为保证小麦胚芽油安全使用,该研究利用小鼠和大鼠作为实验用动物,通过急性和亚急性毒理实验,检测小麦胚芽油对实验动物各项生理生化指标影响。结果表明:实验组与对照组在对实验动物外周血象、主要脏器病变等指标影响上均无显著差异,小麦胚芽油可在食品工业安全应用。
Wheat germ oil included lots of active substances, such as vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acid, and had been applied widely in pharmaceutical and food industry. In order to guarantee the safely use, the acute and subacute toxicity of wheat germ oil is studied in this paper, using mice and rats as experiment animal, the effects of wheat germ oil on blood picture, hepatic and renal function were tested. Results: wheat germ oil was safety in pharmaceutical and food industry.
