摘要
全地形车结构与汽车不同,文中利用CATIA建立了全地形车的车架三维模型,导入有限元软件PATRAN中,按照设计要求和载荷情况,对其进行应力和变形分析,以及模态分析,验证了车架设计的合理性。
The 3D modeling of ATV frame is built up with the software CATIA, then export to the software PATRAN, which is used for structure FEA. According to the designing requirement,we analyzed the stress and the deformation of the frame, and use modal analysis to determine the vibration characteristics. So we verify the rationality of the frame design.
