摘要
文中介绍了基于Mechanism的机构运动仿真的基本工作流程,对Pro/E进行二次开发,实现了高变位齿轮的参数化三维实体设计,通过机构的运动仿真,动态观看机构的啮合和运动情况,测试机构的有关运动性能的参数,有利于机构优化和提高设计效率,可以构成机构的虚拟设计、制造及仿真分析的平台。
This paper presents a basic process of kinematics simulation for mechanism on Pro/E. It set up a parameterization three-modeling solid design program for high-addendum coefficient gear through the second developed on Pro/E. And also with the kinematics simulation for mechanism, users can see the mesh & motion, testing the parameters of movement. It can be good for the optimal design of the mechanism & efficiency. And also can be a platform of the virtual design. manufacturing & simulation analysis for the mechanism.
