摘要 四辊轧机的板形控制能力有限,边部减薄也很严重。虽然采用了很多方法来改善板形,但效果都不太理想。在四辊轧机基础上发展的六辊轧机,采用了一个可移动的中间辊,并采用了工作辊弯曲和中间辊弯曲。采用这些技术减少了带钢的边部减薄,带材的精度和板形得到了很大的改善,因此六辊轧机有着广泛的市场潜力,文中设计的是中间辊移动的HC轧机(MS六辊轧机)。 Demands for thickness accuracy and flatness' of cold rolled strips have been recently increasing. Especially, it is strongly desired that edge-drop should be improved. The edge-drop of cold-rolled strips is very serious in the 4-h mills. Though many ways have been used to improve 'the shape of the cold-mill strip. But the effect is not enough well. Later a 6-11 mill was developed. It has a middle-roll which can shift. And also it has a bend work roll and a bend middle-roll. With using these technology, the edge-drop of is reduced. The thickness accuracy and flatness are greatly improved. And these technologies are used in this design.
