肛垫悬吊术在治疗环状混合痔中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Suspension of Anal Cushion in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨肛垫悬吊钳在治疗环状混合痔中的应用价值，依据痔的肛垫下移和静脉曲张学说．参考吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的操作原理，自行设计了肛垫悬吊钳。通过悬吊肛垫切除痔治疗环状混合痔80例为研究组，并以传统的外剥内扎术治疗80例为对照组，观察两组术后创口疼痛、尿潴留、创口水肿、肛门坠胀、创口愈合时间和随访（痔突出或脱出、便血）等指标。结果研究组创口疼痛程度、创口水肿和创口愈合时间均优于对照组。结果表明，肛垫悬吊钳在环状混合痔治疗中能使肛垫及肛管黏膜上移，恢复其正常的解剖位置及结构，明显减少术后并发症，缩短创口愈合时间，操作简单，价格低廉，疗效确切，易于推广。

The application efficacy of self-designed forceps for anal cushion suspension was investigated in the study, 80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent anal cushion suspension and hemorrhoidal resection（experimental group）,the efficacy of which was compared with that of the control group （80 cases）. As results,the therapeutic efficacy in the experimental group was better than that in the control group in the aspects of postoperative pain, urine retention, edema,anal tenesmus, the healing duration of time and follow-up（prolapse and bleeding of hemorrhoid）. Results suggest that the application of self de signed forceps in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids can notably lower complications and reduce the healing period of time.
