两种术式治疗环状混合痔的疗效比较

Therapeutic Efficacy Comparison of Two Surgical Procedures in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为了比较线形剥扎法与V形外剥内扎法治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将10例环状混合痔分为两组各20例。结果显示，两组创口愈合时间及复发率无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但两组术后并发症及后遗症均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，线形剥扎法各临床疗效指标明显优于V形外剥内扎法组，此术式值得推广。

The objective of the study was to compare the the therapeutic effect of the procedure of linear dissection ＆ ligation （LDL） and the procedure of V-shaped external dissection ＆ internal ligation（VDL）. Forty patients, with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were evenly divided into two groups（LDL group and VDL group）, and the therapeutic results were compared. Results showed that there was no notable difference in healing period of time and recurrence between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）,while there was marked difference in postoperative complications and sequelae （ P 〈0.05）. It was revealed that the clinical indexes of therapeutic efficacy were better in the LDL group than that in the VDL group.
