内注外切皮肤留桥术治疗环状混合痔的效果观察

Therapeutic Efficacy of the Surgical Procedure of Internal Injection, External Incision and Preserved Skin Bridge in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

采用内注外切皮肤留桥术治疗环状混合痔40例，治愈率97．5％．随访1～2年未见复发。该手术方法既能切除所有混合痔之静脉曲张组织．又能保留正常肛管皮肤黏膜组织，且对肛垫的完整性无较大损害，达到环状混合痔手术一次性成功，无肛缘水肿及肛门狭窄等并发症。

Forty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent the surgical procedure of internal＇injection,external incision and preserved skin bridge. The cure rate was 97.50% and follow-up of 1-2 years found no recurrence. In this surgical procedure,the variciform tissues of the hemorrhoids were reseeted,the normal skin and mucosa of anal canal was maintained, and the anal cushion was well protected, which reached the primary success of the surgical operations,in terms of no such complications as enema of anal margin,anal stricture,etc.
