摘要
地下管线是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,由于年代久远和城市变迁等原因,地下管线普遍缺乏完整准确的位置资料和状况资料,造成在进行工程施工和道路开挖时,频繁出现各种管线被挖断的情况。本文结合泉州市地下综合管线信息系统建设的经验。探讨了GeoPipe管线信息系统在管线的统一管理中的应用,以及如何利用该系统预防和应对地下管线突发事故等基本问题.
Underground pipelines are important in city infrastructures. With the passage of time, the city changed a lot, so the complete and accurate position and condition data from the underground pipelines are deficient, which brought the accidents that the pipelines were frequently broken by digging during engineering construction. Based on the experience from constructing the underground colligated pipeline information system in Quanzhou City, this paper describes the application of GeoPipe Pipeline information system in pipeline centralized management, and then discusses how to prevent and deal with some pipeline urgent accident.
