摘要
微型燃气轮机是一种新型的低排放的分布式发电装置,可广泛应用于分布式电站、冷热电联产以及混合电动汽车等领域。为对微型燃气轮机和动力电池组合进行混合动力应用试验研究,将微型燃气轮机与油耗仪、外接电池组和负载组成试验系统,通过控制发电机功率的数字功率控制器的用户维护串口,在Windows环境下开发监控程序,对微型燃气轮机运行状态参数,进行自动实时监控,并对发电功率进行自动调节。
Micro gas turbine (MGT), also named micro-turbine, a new kind of distributed power generating equipment with low emission, can be widely used in the fields, such as distributed power station, combined cooled heated and power (CCHP) system, and hybrid electric vehicle. In order to study the hybrid vehicle application combined micro gas turbine with power battery pack, the experiment system composed of micro gas turbine ,oil exhaust meter,power battery pack and load is designed. Through the standard RS-232 serial port for customer maintenance on digital power controller(DPC) unit in the micro-turbine, in charge of controlling output electric power, Windows-based monitoring software with multi-thread serial communications port technology by using Visual C + + language , is programmed to monitor and control the performance status of micro gas turbine on real time. It can realize smart control reliably through adjusting output power according to the voltage of battery pack.
