摘要
本文建立了蜗杆传动模糊优化设计的数学模型,运用最优水平截集法对模糊约束条件进行了非模糊化处理,最后借助复合形法对主要参数进行优化,达到了提高设计质量、降低成本、延长使用寿命的目的。
In this paper, the mathematical model of fuzzy optimization design of the worm transmission is established, and its fuzzy restrictive conditions are nonfuzzified by optimize level cut set method. Finally, the main parameters of the model are optimized. The design quality, the cost and the service life of the worm transmission are all improved.
