摘要
对双列偏心满装深沟球轴承的受力状况及优化设计的特点进行了研究,根据实际条件及要求,分析了轴承优化设计中目标函数及相关的等式约束和不等式约束的选取和具体运用,运用M atlab优化工具箱及所编程序实现了双列偏心满装深沟球轴承的优化设计,比原来凭经验设计的轴承承载能力提高了23.2%。
The load of camshaft beating is investigated as well as characteristics of optimizing design. According to the practical condition and demands, it is analyzed in detail how to choose and use the target function and relative constrains concerning optimizing design. The optimizing toolbox of Matlab is utilized for realizing design of camshaft bearing. As a result, the carrying capacity of bearing is 23.2% higher than before.
