摘要
应用有限元模拟技术定量分析了筐形保持架的压坡成形过程,得出筐形保持架在压坡过程中随压坡量的增加窗孔梁伸长量变化以及保持架形状的变化量。分析结果与实测结果的误差为1%~2%,对于产品设计、工艺及模具设计、现场加工和质量检验等工作具有一定的指导意义。
Finite element simulation is used to analyze quantitatively the slope formation of basket cage. The pocket bar and the cage shape varying with slope is directly obtained in slope formation. The difference between analyzed and measured data is 1% - 2%. It is helpful for design, process and detection.
