微量泵持续滴注V佳林在人工气道黏膜修复中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微量泵滴注V佳林对人工气道黏膜损伤的修复作用。方法:将240例病人随机分两组,均用微量泵滴注湿化液,研究组(120例)气道内用微量泵滴注0.45%盐水加V佳林,对照组(120例)气道内微量泵滴注0.45%盐水,用药后第3d、第7d分别观察两组病人气道黏膜损伤修复及肺部感染的控制情况。结果:两组病人气道黏膜损伤修复及肺部并发症情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:人工气道病人持续滴注V佳林进行气道湿化使痰量减少,呼吸道分泌物粘稠度降低,损伤的气道黏膜有明显修复作用,有效控制肺部感染。 Objective:Probe into the effect of ting pump inject water- solubl in mucosae rehabilitation of artificial trachea. Methods:240 patients were divided into research group (n= 120) and control group (n= 120),the research group trickled,0.45% salt solution add water- solubl with tiny pump,the control group accepted 0.45% salt solution,after three,seven days compared the conditions of rehabilitation and pulmonary infection. Results:There were remarkable difference between two groups in rehabilitation and pulmonary infection, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: Sostenuto trickle water- selubl could reduce sputum and dope limit of secretion,and could rehabilite mueosae and control pulmonary infection effectively.
