摘要
阐述对晚期癌症患者临终关怀的护理。主要从环境设置、心理及躯体功能评估、减轻心理压力、减轻晚期癌症患者的不适躯体症状等方面进行,尽可能地减轻临终患者生理、精神、心理上的痛苦,增加患者的舒适程度,提高患者的生存质量,维护临终患者的尊严,使他们安详地、舒适地并有尊严而无憾地度过人生最后旅程。此外,对临终患者家属的关怀也是临终关怀的重要组成部分。
To complaint the nursing of terminal care for the 77 terminal cancer patients. It implemented according to the environmental facilitias, psychological and physical function assessment, decreasing psychological compression and discomfor such as pain, hard breathing and so on. Decreasing any pains, increasing comfortable, more self- confidence and high living quality as possible as for the terminal patients, to make them passing the end of life with more comfortable and natural. Besides, care for the temfinal patient＇ relatives is an important part to the terminal care.
