摘要
目的:把病人满意度调查应用于护理管理实践,提高护理质量,从而更好地满足病人健康的需要。方法:自制病人满意度调查表,把日常护理工作尽量较全面地设计到表格中,并通过满意度调查及时发现并解决护理工作中出现的问题,指导护士的日常工作。结果:病人对护理工作的总体满意度以及护士对护士长管理的满意度有了一个明显的提高。结论:病人满意度地调查应用于日常护理管理,取得了很好的效果。
Objective :To improve quality of nursing and meet the health demands of the patient. Method: Using the list of patient' s satisfation to invstigate normal work of nurse and found out the question in nursing working. Resuh :There is remarkable increase of patient's satisfations for nursing work and management of headnurse. Conclusion:It was gain good effect that patient's satisfation applied in nursing management.
