慢性阻塞性肺病病人健康教育方法的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:改变病人不良的生活方式,提高遵医行为,增强护理满意度。方法:采用随机分组方法,将558例慢性阻塞性肺病住院病人分为对照组(279例)和观察组(279例),对照组按传统常规进行健康教育,观察组按系统实施健康教育。结果:病人掌握疾病相关知识、对护理工作满意度及遵医行为两组比较,差异均有极显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论:提示系统的健康教育能提高病人的遵医行为,改变病人不良的生活方式,增强病人对疾病相关知识的认识,提高护理工作满意度。 Objective:To change the life custom of patients and to increase observance for ordering and satisfaction for nursing, Method:558 cases chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD)were randomly divided into the study group (279 cases)and control group (279 cases)and used two methods of health education. Compared outcome of investigation and satisfaction using X^2 test. Resuh:There were significantly difference between two groups( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive health education can be increase satisfaction and observance for doctor order.
