中国不同地区农业生产变动的波及效果比较

Fluctuation of Agricultural Production in Different Regions of China and the Effects of Spread

本文运用地区间产业关联分析模型评估了各个地区农业增长对中国经济发展的影响。结果表明，北部沿海地区、中部地区、西北地区和西南地区是中国农业发展的关键地区，这些地区农业发展对本身产出和对全国产出都具有很强的诱发能力，如果不能够及时实现增长，有可能对其他地区和其他产业的发展形成制约。农业对中国经济的发展依然很重要；在搞好主要农业生产区农业发展的同时，其他地区的农业发展一样重要。制定农业政策的要考虑到平衡性，促进地区间协调发展。

This paper assesses the regional agricultural growth and its effect on China＇s economic development through inter-industry linkages mode. The results show that the northern coastal areas, central regions, northwestern and southwestern regions of China are the key to agricultural development. Agricultural development in these areas can not only improve their own output but also the output of the whole country significantly. If these areas couldn＇t achieve growth, it will restrict other regions and other industries. Agriculture is still very important to China＇s economic development. Government should take into account regional balance in formulating agricultural policies, and to promote harmonious develop ment between regions.
