摘要
在促进大学和企业合作上,澳大利亚通过建立“教学———研究重点中心”、推出“合作研究规划”、实施“企业研究生授予”项目和“研究与培训———与企业结为战略伙伴”项目促进了大学与企业科研合作,形成了机制化框架。在此机制框架下,大学与企业科研合作体现出科研合作的课题重心在学科间转移、大学与企业的参与度不同、大学和企业积极评价科研合作等特点。文中对澳大利亚大学与企业科研合作面临的问题和趋势也进行了分析。
Australia has its own mechanism in forming the university ＆ industry research partnerships, which include： key centers for teaching and research, Collaborative Research Grants Programme, Australian Postgraduate Research Award （Industry）-and Strategic Partnership with Industry - Research ＆ Training （SPIRT）. Under the mechanism, the partnership shows us its characteristics： transferring of research program among all subjects, differences between university and industry involving in partnerships and active attitudes to university-industry partnership. At last the article gives the barriers and future of partnership.
