组织中激励契约设计的心理学基础

摘要 组织中激励契约的设计通常是在局限于经济学对人类货币性动机的经验性研究的背景下进行的。而现实生活中,有许多强大的非货币性动机规范着人们的行为。文中从心理学实验的角度探讨了互惠行为、社会认可和特殊任务等三种非货币性动机是如何对人类的行为进行规范的,进而为组织中激励契约的设计提供一个新的视角。
