摘要
教师专业化与教师主体性发展已成为教育改革的趋势,因此基于教师主体性的视角探讨推进教师专业化过程的策略非常必要。教师专业化应以认识教师主体价值为前提,以教学实践为依托,以群体的影响力和合理的评价体系为促进,使教师自主地、能动地、创造地实现自身的专业化过程。教师主体性是教师专业化的内在动力,促进教师主体性发展是教师专业化发展的根本途径。
The current educational reform trend lie in the teachers' professionalization development and their dominant role. Strategies for the professionalization development are put forward based on the teachers' dominant role. The actualization of the teachers' professionalization development should be based on their dominant role, their teaching practice, their teamwork, and a reasonable evaluation system. The inner motivation of teachers' professionalization depends on their dominant role,while the basic way of their professionalization is the development of teachers' dominant role.
