瑶族民间组织是指在瑶族社会中,由瑶民自发组织形成的,调整瑶族社会关系的村寨机构。瑶族民间法是指瑶族人在处理和调整民族成员之间的关系时,用以约束全体成员,维持社会秩序,解决争端和纠纷,逐渐形成的共同行为规则。瑶族民间组织和民间法在当今瑶族社会中仍有现实的影响,这些影响是多方面的,既有维护社会治安、促进瑶山经济发展、传递民族文化的正面影响,也有阻碍瑶族社会发展的守旧、保守落后的负面影响,我们必须因势利导,发挥其积极作用,消除其消极影响。

The Yao Nationality folks organization plays an important role in the Yao Nationality society . On the hand, they have positive influence that maintain the social order, promote the development of economy and spread the tradition culture. On the other hand, they have some negative influence that hinders the Yao social development. We must play the positive roles and eliminate the negative influence.
