乏氧对基质金属蛋白酶促肿瘤转移的影响研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 乏氧是实体瘤中普遍存在的现象,并且能引起肿瘤细胞一系列生物学行为的改变,如促进肿瘤转移,在此过程中乏氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia induc ib le factor-1,H IF-1)起着核心的作用。细胞外基质(extracellu lar m atrix,ECM)的降解是肿瘤细胞转移的前提,而基质金属蛋白酶(m atrix m etalloprote inases,MMPs)能降解ECM,在肿瘤转移这一关键步骤中起着重要作用。而乏氧是否会影响MMPs来促进肿瘤转移,其作用机制尚不清楚,本文对H IF-1和MMPs在肿瘤转移中作用及相互影响进行综述。 Hypoxia is very common in solid tumor. It results in a series of changes of biological behavior in tumor cells. Hypoxia could facilitate malignant cells metastasis, in which the hypoxia inducible factor-1 plays an important role. The hypothesis for the tumor cells to metastasis is the degradation of the extracellular matrix( ECM). The ECM can be degraded by the matrix metalloproteinase, which is a critical factor in the process of tumor-metastasis, So far, it is not clear whether hypoxia have a role in the regulation of MMPs in tumor. So this review summarize the advanced knowledge on the influence of HIF-1 and MMPs in tumor-metastasis and the interaction between two genes.
