摘要
作者选取了几个与临床或生理有关的实验进行计算机模拟,包括药物代谢动力学的分析及参数辨识、血糖耐受性试验、神经细胞动作电位、心肌细胞动作电位、循环机能的系统分析。通过改变刺激参数或生理参数,模拟它们的各种生理特性,使学生可看到许多生理实验中不易观察到的现象,帮助学生更好地理解和掌握有关内容。
Several experiments related to the physiological and clinical aspects are choosed to simulate on computer, including pharmacokinetics simulation and parameter identification,glucose tolerance test, axon action potential, myocardium action potential, and systematic analysis of circulation. Their physiological characteristics are simulated with changing stimuli or physiological parameters. Students can see many phenomena that can't be observed in ordinary physiological experiments, and can help them to study and understand better.
