新型聚酯醚材料体内外降解和组织反应

Degradation and Tissue Reaction of New Polyester Ether Biomaterial in Vitro and in Vivo

摘要 作者采用凝胶渗透色层法,扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察,对新型聚酯醚(聚癸二酸-丁二醇-聚乙二醇共聚物)生物降解材料进行了体内外降解和体内植入相容性研究。材料在体内150天时,该材料重量和分子量丧失50%左右,280天分别丧失86%和89%;在此观察期内材料与组织相容性良好。而材料体外降解较体内缓慢,对二者间的差异和可能影响降解的因素进行探讨。并与另一种新型聚酯醚材料(DL-聚乳酸-聚乙二醇共聚物)进行比较。结果显示聚癸二酸-丁二醇-聚乙二醇共聚物是一种降解周期较长的生物医用可降解材料。 Using gel permeation chromatography and Scanning electron microscopy observed the degradation of new biomaterials polysebacic acid-1, 4-butanediol-poly copolymer in vitro and in vivo. After 150 days the mass loss was 50% and the molecular weight determined with gel permeation chromatography (GPC) showed a reduction to 50%. After 280 days the mass loss was 86% and the molecular weight loss was 89%. It was found that the biocompatibility between the materials and tissue was fine. Degradation of PSBE was faster in vivo than in vitro. Causes of difference between two of them were discussed, factors effecting degradation as well. The results showed that PSBE is a new biodgeradable medical polymer with longer degradation period.
