摘要
对2004年39份云南烤烟样品及2份国外烤烟样品的多元酸和高级脂肪酸进行聚类分析.结果表明41份样品可聚为3类.第1类:昆明、保山、临沧、昭通(威信除外)等州(市)的烤烟样品;第2类:玉溪(华宁除外)、大理、思茅等州(市)的烤烟样品及2份国外烤烟样品;第3类:曲靖的烤烟样品;楚雄、红河、文山等州(市)的烤烟样品随种植区域不同变化较大,分别属第1、2类.第1类样品的苹果酸、柠檬酸、亚油酸含量中等;第2类样品的苹果酸、柠檬酸含量较低,亚油酸含量较高;第3类样品的苹果酸含量最高,柠檬酸含量较高,亚油酸含量较低.
Eleven kinds of polybasic acids and higher fatty acids of 39 samples of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan and 2 overseas sampies in 2004 were classified by the method of cluster analysis. The results indicated that the 41 samples could be classified into 3 classes: the samples from Kunming, Baoshan, Lincang and Zhaotong (except for Weixin) belonged to type 1; the samples from Yuxi ( except for Huaning), Dali, Simao and overseas belonged to type 2 ; the samples from Qujing belonged to type 3 ; the samples from Chuxiong, Honghe and Wenshan belonged to type 1 and type 2 respectively. The content of malic acid, citric and linoleic acid was secondary in type 1 ; the content of malic and citric acid was lower, and the content of linoleic acid was higher in type 2 ; the content of malic acid was the highest, the content of citric acid was higher, and the content of linoleic acid was lower in type 3.
