中草药免疫增强剂对仔猪生长性能及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Chinese herb immunity additive on the growth performance of piglets and the giant phagocyte of albino rat to engulf bacteria

摘要 将54头每头体重约20 kg的“杜长大”三元杂交猪,分为对照组、抗生素组、中草药免疫增强剂组3个处理,每个处理3个重复,研究中草药免疫增强剂对仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响.结果表明:中草药免疫增强剂组、抗生素组的日增重分别比对照组提高19.87%(P<0.05)和18.25%(P<0.05),中草药免疫增强剂组和抗生素组的日增重差异不显著;中草药免疫增强剂组的血清总蛋白含量分别比抗生素组和对照组增加了17.60%(P<0.05)和12.32%(P<0.05),抗生素组比对照组增加4.7%(P>0.05),差异不显著.中草药免疫增强剂能改善仔猪的生长性能、提高饲料利用率,增加血清中总蛋白、白蛋白的含量,促进免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM)的生成,增强小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能. The 54 D × L × Y piglets of about 20 kg per piglet were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly, and antibiotics and Chinese herb immunity additive were supplemented to the tested groups respectively and each treatment had 3 replications, to investigate the effect of Chinese herb immunity additive on growth performance, biochemical indices of serum and the giant phagocyte of albino rat to engulf bacteria. Daily weight in Chinese herb immunity additive treated group and the antibiotics treated group increased by 19.87 % (P 〈 0.05 ) and 18.25% (P 〈 0.05 ) compared to the control group respectively. The total protein in the piglets' serum of the Chinese herb immunity additive treated group increased by 17.60% (P 〈 0.05) compared to the antibiotics treated group, by 12.32% (P 〈 0.05 ) compared to the control group, while that of the antibiatics treated group by 4.7% (P 〉 0.05 ) compareed to the control. Chinese herb immunity additive could enhance piglet's growth performance, improve the feed utility, raise the content of the total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) in serum, promote the formation of immunoglolin (IgG, IgM) , strengthen the function of giant phagocyte of albino rat to engulf bacteria.
