微创接骨板固定术治疗骨折的进展 被引量:10

摘要 骨折愈合的过程是其重建正常结构、恢复生物学和力学特性的过程。近年来接骨板内固定集中于采取生物学的原则,以微创手术来提供尽可能少受干扰的骨折愈合环境,减少并发症的发生。经皮微创接骨板固定术(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)首先由Krettek等于1997年报告应用于治疗股骨远、近段骨折,在此基础上发展形成了微创接骨板固定术(minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis,MIPO)的概念,改变了人们对骨折治疗的传统理念。笔者就微创接骨板固定的形成和发展作一综述。
