活化热氛围下柴油喷雾多点自燃特性及影响因素的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用高速摄影技术,研究了柴油高压喷雾在活化热氛围下的自燃特性,观察到了高压柴油喷雾在活化热氛围中的多点自燃现象,初步探讨了不同协流温度下喷雾火焰的稳定机理,分析了影响自燃的相关因素.结果表明,不同协流温度下,柴油喷雾起升火焰的稳定机理不同.低温协流条件下喷雾火焰的稳定受自燃现象的控制,而高温协流下火焰的稳定是火焰传播速度和燃烧供应速度平衡的结果.柴油喷雾着火滞燃期受协流温度的影响较大,呈非线性关系.协流温度低,则随温度上升滞燃期迅速减小,滞燃期由996K时的16.9ms下降至1048K时的7.1ms,减小了约10ms;协流温度高,滞燃期随温度上升而减小的趋势变缓,温度由1048K升高至1101K时,滞燃期仅降低4ms左右.喷油系统参数对柴油喷雾滞燃期存在一定的影响,但影响程度与协流温度有关.协流温度越低,则滞燃期受喷孔直径、启喷压力和油泵转速的影响越大.喷油系统参数对滞燃期的影响主要体现在两个方面,即改善喷雾效果从而降低物理滞燃期,以及由于喷雾锥角或贯穿速率增加导致的物理滞燃期缩短.
