摘要 用不同毒力的大丽轮枝菌菌丝胞壁激发子分别直接诱导不同抗性的棉花品种,结果表明,棉花过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性与植物保卫素棉酚的含量经病原菌激发子诱导后都有不同程度的提高,并就其对病菌毒素的降解作用进行了初步研究。 Elicitors isolated from mycelial wall of two types of wilt pathogen(Verticillium dahlium Kleb) were used to induce resistance on different cotton cultivars. The resuhs showed that the specific activity of peroxidase (POD), phenylalanine aminolyase (PAL)of cotton seedling leaves increased remarkably after the cotton seedlings were induced directly by pathogen elicitors. The content of gossypol in the leaves of two cultivars also increased obviously. The results proved that the elicitor could reduce the effect of the toxin of Verticillium dahlium.
