A Study on SBF 1 Aluminium Cup Oxyen Instrument

作者在研制ＳＢＦ－１铝杯氧化仪过程中遇到许多技术课题，其中主要是微型内齿轮泵研制，延长接触器触点寿命及微量空气流量测量。

In studying of SBF 1 Aluminium Cup Oxygen Instrument we met a lot of technical problems, the improtant of them are: studying and producing the internal gear oil micro pump, increasing of service life of contacts of contactor and measuring micro flow of air. This paper intruduces the practices and theories about solving above technical problems.
