摘要 研究了催化光度法测定痕量甲醛的方法-罗丹明B法。在磷酸溶液中,痕量甲醛对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B的退色反应有催化作用,研究了其反应条件,选择最佳试验条件,并进行干扰分析,考察了该法的精密度和准确度,建立测定痕量甲醛的催化光度分析新方法,方法的线性范围为0.15~6.00mg·L^-1,检出限为9.7×10^-4mg·L^-1。方法简便、快速,选择性好。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace formaldehyde was studied. It was based on the fact that oxidation of Brilliant pink B by potassium bromate was catalyzed by formaldehyde in phosphoric acid. The optional experimental conditions were determined and selected, the analysis interferential test was made, and the precision and accuracy were checked. The linear range is 0.15~6.00 mg·L^-1 and the detection limit is 9.7×10^-4mg·L^-1. The sensibility is high and the selectivity is good.
