摘要
对竹炭的微观结构,包括炭化前后的整体形貌特征、竹炭外表面形貌特征、竹炭薄壁组织构造、竹炭维管束构造进行了表征;并且对四种竹材制备的竹炭微观构造特征进行了比较。结果表明竹材炭化过程是典型的固相炭化过程,炭化后竹材的外表面仍然保留着竹材表皮粗糙不平的颗粒状态,继承了竹材的多孔状和各向异性构造特征,但是竹炭基本组织细胞的细胞壁间隙消失,细胞壁变薄;四种竹炭在构造上表现出一定的差异性。
The micro-structure of bamboo charcoal including scale face, the fundamental system and vascular system and so on was characterized by SEM during the converse process of bamboo to charcoal, and the micro-structure of four kinds of bamboo charcoal was compared. The results showed that bamboo carbonization process is typical solid one. Bamboo charcoal basically kept the honeycomb character and anisotropy microstructure of bamboo. The out surface of bamboo charcoal still remain rough and irregular. However, the gap of fundamental issue cell wall disappeared and the cell wall became thin. The micro-structure showed that there were some differences among four species of bamboo.
