摘要
研究采用不同浓度的精制毛竹竹酢液,通过田间试验观察了其对生菜、油菜、黄瓜三种蔬菜的生长调节效果。试验结果表明,采用叶面喷施的方法,竹酢液在300~800倍稀释浓度,对蔬菜的生长有促进作用。蔬菜的收获产量与未施加竹酢液的对比最大增产18.8%~20.2%。蔬菜单株株高和重量都有一定的增加。通过GCMS检测了其主要成分,初步推测认为竹酢液对蔬菜的生长促进作用来自主要成分在微量时对作物生长过程产生的协同调节作用。
This paper reports the regulation effect of Moso bamboo vinegar with different concentration on the growth of three kinds of vegetables, i.e. lettuce, cole and cucumber, by using field test method. The results showed that Moso bamboo vinegar with 300 ~800 times dilution had good promotion effect on tested vegetables. The harvest output of the vegetable increased from 18.8~20.2% in comparison with the control. Individual height and the weight of the tested vegetable also increased. The main components of Moso bamboo vinegar were analyzed by GC-MS and its promotion effect on the growth was preliminarily resulted from a synergistic effect of the main components of bamboo vinegar at trace amount.
