对大学生进行社会主义荣辱观教育的几点认识

Some Thoughts on the Education of Socialist Concept of Honor and Disgrace for College Students

胡锦涛总书记提出的“八荣八耻”既集中体现了社会主义的荣辱观,又明确了我国社会当前最基本的价值取向和行为准则。高校是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要阵地,对大学生进行社会主义荣辱观教育,必须把握“八荣八耻”的精神实质,准确把握学生思想脉搏,开展形式多样的实践活动,才会有实效。

HU Jing-tao,the General Secretary of CPC,has presented socialist concept of honor and disgrace,which embodies the socialist philosophy of the world intensifiedly, and states explicityly the basic value orientation and behavior principles at the present moment in our country.Colleges are the crucial and critical bases for cultivating the builders and descendents of the socialist cause. So to educate college students with socialist concept of honor and disgrace cannot be effective unless we grasp the essence of ＂Eight Dos and Don＇ts＂,trace accurately the track of students＇ thoughts and hold up variety of practical activities.
