大孔树脂对甘油的静态吸附及其热力学研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究了8种大孔树脂对甘油的静态吸附行为,根据吸附等温线研究了吸附热力学性质。在303~323K和研究的浓度范围内,树脂HPD500对甘油的吸附平衡数据符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。实验结果表明,较大的比表面积和带有一定极性的树脂有利于吸附,吸附过程为放热的物理吸附,降低温度有利于吸附。并计算了甘油在大孔树脂HPD500上的吸附焓变、吉布斯自由能变、吸附熵变,并对吸附行为做了合理的解释。 A comparison of the adsorption of eight macroporous resins was carried out, including the static equilibrium adsorption isotherms and the adsorption thermodynamic properties. Equilibrium data for the adsorption of glycerine on HPDS00 within temperature range of 303 K ~ 323 K and investigative concentration range had been obtained and were correlated with Freundlich equation. Comparative static adsorption research showed that the bigger specific surface and polar macroporous resins could adsorb more glycerine. The results showed that the adsorption for glycerine on macroporous resins proved to be an physical exothermic process, and the adsorption ability of resins enhance with the decrease of temperature. Estimations of the isosteric enthalpy change of adsorption, free energy change, and entropy change of adsorption were reported, and the adsorption behaviors were reasonably interpreted.
