摘要
报道了间氯苯胺与丙烯腈在无水AlCl3的催化下发生加成反应合成N,N-二氰乙基间氯苯胺,其合适的反应条件是:AlCl3的用量为间氯苯胺的60%(物质的量比),反应温度为75~90℃,反应时间20h。其结果表明:AlCl3对该反应具有很高的催化效率,产物收率可达86%。
In this paper, a new process for synthesizing m - chloro - N,N - bis(2 - cyanoethyl) aniline from m - chioroaniline and acrylonitrile was reported by using AlCl3 as the catalyst. The experimental result had proved that AlCl3 was an excellent catalyst, The reaction was carried at 75 - 90 ℃ for 20 h, the amount of the catalyst AlCl3 used was 60 % of the weight of m - chloroaniline, the conversion obtained was about 85 % with a yield over 95 %. In comparison with other methods, there were some advantages in this method: the reaction temperature was low, the reaction time was not long, the yield was high and the product could be easily separated and purified. It could be therefore mass - produced which was in favor of its application to the synthesis of dyes.
