住院医师规范化培训基地建设标准与认可管理办法的研究

Discussion on criterion setting and accreditation methods for standandized medical residency training base

本文在调查研究及培训教学客观需求分析的基础上,提出了高等医学院校住院医师规范化培训基地的建设标准,即培训基地医院标准,培训医院的内科、外科、儿科、妇产科及其他专业科室的床位标准、师资学历结构标准、师资职称结构标准、师资科研能力标准、教学设备标准、带教场所标准、图书资料及阅览条件标准;同时,提出了培训基地管理办法,即培训基地管理的基本原则、培训基地管理的组织体系、培训基地管理的培训体系、培训基地管理的配套政策和措施等。

Based on the investigation and objective analysis of the demand in training resident doctors in hospitals, the criterion setting of standandized training base for resident doctors were advocated ： ① the bed in the department of internal medicine, surgery, paediatrics, gynaecology and obstetrics and other departments ; ② the education background of the teachers ; ③ the professional titles and the research ability of the teachers ; ④the teaching facilities, and the teaching place of the resident doctors by demonstrating;⑤ the books and journals owned and reading conditions. The administrative methods were also discussed, namely, the fundamental principle of management of the training base, the organization system and training system as well as necessary policy and measures of the management of the training base.
