基于决策树的航空公司客户流失分析 被引量:4

摘要 客户流失问题在航空公司一直未被重视。运用决策树中的ID3算法对航空公司客户流失进行分析,并进行了实验,实验得出了航空公司客户流失的一些规则,这些规则是航空公司保留客户,进行持续改进的指南。实验结果表明该方法是可行和有效的,为航空公司客户流失分析提供了一种新的方法。
