摘要
以4个苎麻品种扦插生根苗开展苎麻品种耐镉性差异的生理生化指标研究,测定了不同品种的叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶、脯氨酸含量,进行了苎麻品种耐镉性生理生化指标的综合评价分析,揭示了镉胁迫下不同苎麻品种叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶、脯氨酸等苎麻生理生化变化,结果为苎麻耐镉品种的筛选提供科学参考。
The chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase activity, proline content in leaves of the 4 different varieties cultivated in cadmium added soluton were alalyzed. The results revealed the physiological changes of chlorophyll, superoxide dismutase and the proline of the different ramie germplasms under Cd stress, and provided scientific reference for selecting Cd resistant varieties.
