On dynamic management of project cost in construction enterprise

工程项目实施过程中通常强调三大控制:质量控制、工期控制、成本控制。其中成本控制是项目建设过程中的一个重要的环节。成本控制效果如何,不仅关系到项目能否顺利完成,而且还直接影响到施工企业的经济效益。本文力图从施工企业项目管理的角度阐述成本控制中的动态管理。

Three controls were usually emphasized in the engineering project implementation process： quality control, progress control and cost control. The cost control is a very important link in project construction process. The cost control effect not only affects the smooth completion of the project, but also directly affects the economic benefits of the construction enterprises. The dynamic management of cost control was described from the view of project management of construction enterprises.
