肝性脊髓病肝移植术后的远期疗效

Long-term effect of orthotopic liver transplantation to patients with hepatic myelopathy

目的探讨肝移植对肝性脊髓病的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析2例肝性脊髓病患者进行原位肝移植术的临床资料。观察患者肝移植后下肢肌力的恢复情况。结果肝移植术后患者的临床症状获得明显改善,肝功能恢复正常,肝性脊髓病得到控制。2例患者术后随访18及43个月,下肢肌力分别由1级恢复到3和4级。结论肝移植可有效控制肝性脊髓病的发展,并明显有利于双下肢肌力的恢复。

Objective To discuss the long term effect of orthotoplc liver transplantation to patients with hepatic myelopathy. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with hepatic myelopathy undergoing liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. The condition of recovery of muscle strength of the patient＇s double lower limbs was carefully observed both pre-and post operatively. Results The patient＇s clinical symptoms were well improved and liver function recovered to normal. Hepatic myelopathy was controlled. The follow-up duration of 2 cases was 18 and 43 months respectively. The muscle strength of lower limbs was recovered from 1 degree to 3 and 4 degree respectively. Conclusion Liver transplantation can effectively control the development of hepatic myelopathy and it is obviously useful for recovery of double lower limbs.
