银黄注射液在小鼠体内的抗病毒作用

Antiviral effect of Yinhuang injection in vivo in mice

目的观察银黄注射液(YH I)在小鼠体内的抗病毒作用。方法采用Balb/c小鼠鼻腔滴入流感病毒鼠肺适应株(FM1)、颅内感染疱疹病毒I型(HSV-I)Sm44后,分别经静脉和肌肉注射YH I,用肺指数及存活天数评价药物的体内抗病毒作用。结果肌注和静注YH I后,可使低剂量组小鼠肺指数值降低(P<0.05),显著降低高、中剂量组小鼠肺指数(P<0.01);肌注高、中剂量YH I可延长FM1感染后小鼠的存活天数(P<0.05),静注YH I及病毒唑则可显著延长小鼠存活天数(P<0.01);肌注高、中、低剂量YH I均不能延长HSV-Ⅰ感染后小鼠的存活天数(P>0.05);静注高剂量YH I可显著延长小鼠存活天数(P<0.01),病毒唑可延长小鼠存活天数(P<0.05)。结论YHI在体内抗FM1作用强且与病毒唑相当,抗HSV-Ⅰ作用虽弱,但优于病毒唑;静注比肌注效果好。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antiviral effect of Yinhuang injection （YHI）in vivo in mice. METHODS The Balb/c mice were given YHI intravaseularly and intramuscularly after being infected by FM1 nosally / HSV - Ⅰ encephalieally, thus the pulmonary index and survival data of mice were observed to evaluate the antiviral effect of YHI in vivo. RESULTS the lung index decreased on low dose of YHI by intramuscularly and intravenously （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the lung index decreased and the survival time of mice extend observably on intravenous injection middle and high dose （P 〈 0. 01 ）. If drugs were given by intramuscularly, the survival time of mice infected by HSV - Ⅰ did not extend（P 〉 0.05 ） ,but given by intravenously, the survival time for injection of Bingduzuo was extended （P 〈 0.05）, the survival time of YHI high dose extend observably （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSIONS The anti - flu viral effects of YHI in vivo is good and equal to Bingduzuo, the anti - herpes type - Ⅰ effects is little but better than Bingduzuo; the effect of YHI given hy intravenously is better than that by intramuscularly.
