HPLC测定百癣夏塔热片中芦荟苷的含量

Content determination of the barbalion in Baixian Xiatare tablet by HPLC

目的 测定百癣夏塔热片中芦荟苷的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Hypersil—C18柱，流动相为乙腈-7．k（25：75），流速1．0ml·min^1，检测波长355nm。结果 芦荟苷的线性范围为80．01—320．04μg·ml^-1，平均回收率为98．1％．RSD=0．42％。结论 所用方法简单、快速、重复性好。

OBJECTIVE To determine the barbalion in Baixian Xiatare tablets. METHODS The barbalion was determined on Hypersil - C18 column with a mobile phase composed of aeetonitrile - water（25 ： 75）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 with 355 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 80.01 - 320.04μg·ml^-1. The average recovery was 98.1% with RSD of 0.42%. CONCLUSION A simple, rapid, reproducible HPLC method for determination of barbalion in Baixian Xiatare tablet is established.
