摘要
目的 建立测定二乙酰大黄酸含量的方法。方法 采用Waterssymmetry C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱。流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(70:30:2),流速0.8ml·min^,检测波长340nm。结果 二乙酰大黄酸的回归方程为:Y=1.17×10^X+6.02×10^3(r=0.9999),线性范围为0.4391—2.1953μg,回收率为91.1%~96.5%,RSD=1.02%(n=9)。结论 所用方法简便、快速、准确,可用于半合成品二乙酰大黄酸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of diacetylrhein in semi - synthetic product. METHODS The stationary phase was Waters Symmetry C18 column (150mm × 4.6 nm,5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol -water- acetic acid(70 : 30 : 2 ) with a flow rate of 0.8 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 340 nm. RESULTS The average recovery of diacetylrhein was 98.3% with RSD of 1.02% (n=9). The calibration curve of diacetylrhein was linear in the range of 0. 4391 -2. 1953 μg (r= 0. 9999). CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be applied to quality control of the diacetylrhein in product.
