Determination of Sildenafile citrate mixed illegally in Zhuangyao Bushen pill

目的建立检查壮腰补肾丸中非法掺入枸橼酸西地那非的方法。方法采用薄层色谱、高效液相色谱(二极管阵列检测)和质谱分析方法检查。结果样品中检出了枸橼酸西地那非。结论所用方法专属性强、灵敏度高、操作简便,可作为药检部门监督打假的参考方法。

OBJECTIVE To identify Sildenafile citrate mixed illegally in Zhuangyao Bushen pill. METHODS TLC and HPLC methods were established for the separation and determination of the organic solvent extract of the sample, and Sildenafile citrate was identified by DAD detector and MS. RESULTS Illegally mixed Sildenafile citrate in the sample was verified. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, simple and sensitive, and it can be used to detect Zhuangyao Bushen pill.
