分光光度法测定玉竹中黄酮类化合物的含量 被引量:16

摘要 目的 建立测定玉竹中黄酮类化合物含量的方法。方法 采用改进的铝盐显色分光光度法,用NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH为显色剂,在525nm处测定玉竹中总黄酮的含量。结果在0—16mg·L^-1范围内,吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率在97.6%-101.4%之间。结论 所用方法操作简便、快速,可用于玉竹中总黄酮含量的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining flavonoids in Polygonatum odoratum. METHODS The flavonoids in polygonatum odoratum were determined by ultra - violet spectrophotometry at 525 nm. The color reagent was a mixture of NANO2 - AlCl3 - NaOH solution. RESULTS Data between the flavonoids content and absorbanee had a better linear relationship in the range of 0 - 16 mg·L^-1 ( r = 0.9999). The recoveries were in the range of 97.6%- - 101.4%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast and accurate, and it has been applied successfully to determine flavonoids in polygonatum.
