In order to overcome the shortcoming that the data concerning purchasing land and moving houses is processed traditionally by hand,the paper highlights the basic information of the LANDMS software in respects of requirement analysis,general design of the software,detailed design of the main modules and realization of the software etc.,furthermore,a summery is also made of the main features of the software in the paper.
